Here's a problem I've not come across before. I fitted a bath waste. Followed instructions for silicon sealing bottom washer between bath and plastic section (where you screw the trap to). Used silicon sealant instead of top washer as I normally do. When I filled the bath there were no leaks...

Can anyone tell me if I will be able to reconnect my 35mm flush pipe to the Fluidmaster dual flush valve from Screwfix (P.No. 51173)?.
From the drawing this looks as though it could just be for a close coupled suite, i.e. not enough thread left to connect flushpipe back nut.

Hi - I have changed a leaky diaphram on my Baxi Main Combi boiler. It was the one on the central heating pressure differential valve. It's all gone back together OK except the push rod on the hot water differential valve is sticking out and stopping me from locating the valve onto the valve...
