Hi,
I don't know how to do this on the boiler. I've googled quite alot and even on this forum and everyone says there must be a Flexi loop with 2 valves or even 1 and that's it.
My boiler only has 1 black Valve. I've turned it fully - no water, I turned it a quarter and still nothing.
Even...

We've had a bad leak for over 2 months now where I've had to refill our system 2-3 times a day.
Now, I'm not talking just topping up pressure.
The leak was basically an elbow joint that had snapped and would drain the entire system in 3-4 hours.
We just had a...

I've seen a few US videos of people buying an adaptor to join a large bottle of propane to the type used for plumbing torches. Then refilling the small bottle from the large one. Must save a lot of money for those that use a lot of gas.
Does anyone on here refill their own gas bottles?
Tried back feeding through two different mixers. Drained and refilled again, while doing odd backfill to try and shake out at blockage. Flow is ok, just apparently slightly reduced according to owner (she seems honest)
What else to try?

Hi,
I'm going to put a small radiator in the bathroom. ( I'm not an expert but managed to put a shower in last year, so I have a grasp of some of the basics!)
I'll turn off the boiler first. It's a Worcester 24CDi RSF combi boiler, old but reliable.
Next I'll drain the system - found the...

My 3 year old basic model RAK Ceramics dual-flush close-coupled unit sometimes has a delay before refilling. The pause before refilling (short and long flush) can last up to 10 seconds before the water inflow starts the refill.
Has anyone any idea how to remedy this re-filling delay?

Hi all, I have a job coming up soon to change trvs on a system with a boilermate 2. Not had much to do with these. Can they be bunged in the f & e tank or not, or not worth the risk due to the amount of water that could drop.
Cheers in advance.
