    heatslave 20/25 central heating coming on when turned off

    if i run the hot tap the radiators get hot when the central heating is off.i have pulled up the pin on the diverer valve which sticks, and left the actuator off the top.so is it possible that the valve itself is leaking/faulty? does this mean central heating fluid is mixing with domestic HW?
