water tank
A water tank is a container for storing water.
Water tanks are used to provide storage of water for use in many applications, drinking water, irrigation agriculture, fire suppression, agricultural farming, both for plants and livestock, chemical manufacturing, food preparation as well as many other uses. Water tank parameters include the general design of the tank, and choice of construction materials, linings. Various materials are used for making a water tank: plastics (polyethylene, polypropylene), fiberglass, concrete, stone, steel (welded or bolted, carbon, or stainless). Earthen pots, such as matki used in South Asia, can also be used for water storage. Water tanks are an efficient way to help developing countries to store clean water.

Hello,
My apartment has a tiny bathroom and a large kitchen. I am remodelling the bathroom soon, almost a quarter of the room is taken up by the water tank 'hotpress' as shown in the image. Is it possible to move that water tank to the area shown inside the kitchen? I'd be moving it...

We are a family of 5, we are not getting enough hot water from our relatively new tankless heater (it fluctuates in heat all the Time and won’t fill up a bath consistently with hot water - can’t support 5 people) . We want to add a water tank to increase amount of hot water available but have...
Woke up at 6AM to the sound of my hot water tank boiling and a cold sweat as I realised I'd left the immersion on since 6PM the night before.
Immediately turned it off and opened the taps in the bath to drain the tank, temporarily turning my bathroom into a steam shower - still not sure if this...
Could anybody advise me whether an electric shower can be installed from the rising cold water main that feeds a cold water storage tank.
Or if it can be installed from the tank on a shower pump.
Or if you'd avoid fitting an electric shower on a cold water storage tank water system.
Many thanks.
We have a old water tank that we need to get rid of and its too big to remove it from the garden. We have a fair bit of space around the garden before other houses, so I was thinking of raising it off the ground with bricks and then putting fireworks underneath it to launch it out of the garden...
