Hello,
I have a first floor en suite which has a shower and basin only. Both drain into a 50mm waste which connects vertically to a 110mm soil pipe on the ground floor in the middle of the house. The 50mm pipe is vented above out through the roof.

Not that long ago I did a job for a builder who I do a bit of work for. The job was a commercial premises in the middle of Brighton. Not sure what the premises used to be but it was a refurb to make the place into a kind of treatment rooms/spa type business. The shop is on 4 floors...

Rough guess guys on what you would want on labour only to do the following,
Remove old bath ,bog,basin and radiator,
Rip up floor relay with 18 mm ply
Refit bath ,bog basin and victorian style rad,
Tile around bath and basin splash back
tile floor
Average size bathroom .
Waste to be removed...

Whats your price to install Labour only,
1 x straight in Doc M pack
1x Install a new basin pedestal and a new close coupled toilet ( pipes close by)
1x Install new Kitchen sink with under sink water heater.
just been asked to do this so wonder what you guys may charge.

new fan and pressure switch
