comes

Comes ( KOH-meez), plural comites ( KOM-i-teez), is the Latin word for "companion", either individually or as a member of a collective denominated a "comitatus", especially the suite of a magnate, being in some instances sufficiently large and/or formal to justify specific denomination, e.g. a "cohors amicorum". "Comes" derives from "com-" ("with") and "ire" ("go").

Duo Tec DHW Comes on When Cold Switched Off

When the cold tap is switched from on to off, occasionally the boiler will briefly come on for hot water. I know it's not crossed, it's just the water hammer causing false readings on the flow sensor. Do I need to put a not return valve on the hot outlet?

    When work comes home

Eurgh. Just seen a water stain on the wall in our cloakroom behind the WC. New washer needed on the inlet to the fill valve. Of course being a new build house they have thrown it in and it's all inaccessible. Just out of the 2 year warranty too of course. I hate doing work at home.

Guys, I'm not a plumber, but I got a new systems boiler fitted recently (gas), and 3 new vertical rads. One of the vertical rads sounds like it has water dripping inside it.
