Labour and supplying stuff and materials (Excluding Tiles, customer supplied) £9k inc VAT. Although really should have been a bit more, was quoted at our old labour prices.

Although there was very little electrical works on this one, plus everything basically stopped in the same place.

Floor was a mess underneath so was another £250 on top of above for redoing floor too.

Looks good mate. 7 year warranty? Did you mould the probe yourself or buy it that shape😂

Yes and out of necessity (bloody kitchen fitters was before the flexi probe came out) they keep getting flagged by Kane but keep passing :D

Viessman 222- f - 1 year down the line time to service this ready for winter hasn't been any trouble but not the most enjoyable task everything is so awkward maybe it will be easier next time . Kop

Why? Can't see any immediate reason 🤔

He said he can’t have any water pipes close to the consumer unit incase the burst and flood/ wet the board 🤔

New one on me

Looks an awkward one, I'll not be fitting any of those 🤣
Wasn't a easy install and definitely a pita to service but their bills are lower and weather compensation has worked well the customer is tec savy so no worries with the app . Kop

Can’t decide which boiler you like??? 😅
Use Main as our budget boiler - cracking for money.
Vaillant is our go to ‘Premium’ brand. The Worcester one I’d offered them two options Worcester and Vaillant. Worked in my favour for as could run pipes down back.

The Pro is a solid boiler though. Be sad to see it go when it does. Vaillant are just a bit behind with their modulation etc. as new model has been delayed.

Even though I don’t know what I’m doing from one week to the next, it‘s still all similar and mundane. Gas safety checks, occasional boiler fault, and installing some thermostats. Friday was most exciting day when I got to change some wiring going into a programmer, that I think was just being used as a junction box.

Home for next 4 days, couple little bits for friday, postpone bowes from monday and salou on Tuesday for a week.
