Hi I've got a problem the builder has put a incoming mains on a new build and didn't cap it and the other end is coiled on the path water board has told him to retify it so I've flushed it out with water and capped both ends the water board has come out again and said they wouldn't continue till they have had a certificate to say that it has been flushed out properly and hinted about chemicals.what chemicals should I use and what certificate I have been plumbing for 25 years and never heard of this
