never had an issue with them yet, so can't comment on their unreliability, as with all kit, it's normally installer error that is the issue.

Other than the udderly ridiculous condense trap and the jig at the bottom, they're no worse than a DuoTec.

condensate !!! trap, doesnt have any washer or cap that can leak, which is a bonus in my mind and the jig could be better, but I prefer to use robo kits where possible to avoid the need for a jig at all, or if needed use the jig case to run pipes up the rear if needed.

Thought had already uploaded this one.

Could of connected up the machine for em as well

Not gonna work with gas capped? Bit of a basic fault? But a spirotec? Crossovers look tidy. Would have run hot round under flow parallel to gas and tied it in higher up and fitted a doc .

Photo0041.jpg I have upped this before. tis a solid fuel/gas boiler/thermal store combo. the laddomat valve and quencher are next to the wood burner. btw the flue is running up behind a stud frame and accessible.

Couldn't get boards up upstairs without dismantling a bedroom full of built in furniture. This was a bare bones budget install hence the main HE boiler. I'd normally fit the filter in the airing cupboard but no room to move in there.

Like the labels / valve tags. Nice job assume u lagged it afterwards

dont use a torpedo level if you want good straight pipework always level the clips then add pipe easist way under a boiler is strike a center line and measure of each side ,youll most times already have a centerline from hanging the jig just take it down to the level of the lowest clipthen strike two lines level where the clips are going and measure of same spacings as the boiler pipe centers

This is a redundant gas supply. A new gas meter is outside now. The customer wanted the spirotech, it wasn’t me.

True. But they only ask for this in the form of a radiator, not an ABV.

Hi, Can anyone advise as to why the cold water to my bathroom keeps airlocking? This originally happened about 12 months ago and has happened 3-4 times since. It’s an upstairs bathroom, fed from a tank in the attic. The tank is about 8 Meters away and feeds a bath, sink and toilet. The tank...
