Mapress fitting on Hep2o

I saw in a house it had copper press fittings on white hep2o

Does this work or will the plastic slip the fitting ?

don't know if its ok but possibly would work as hep 2o use metal inserts. I wouldn't use it on plastic though

No no and no would pop off you sure it was hep and not mlcp ?

Definitley hep2o with mapress joints reason I was given was the hep fittings were too bulky

don’t use hep then use copper would strip it out before it blows
