ah man I wish it was something I could do now. No water again -_- why can't Screwfix be open 24/7? I'd go there and grab one.. If somewhere was open I'd bloody buy it thanks...
Thanks .. how would that fit on the end of the current connection tho?
Got these...
Does the olive fit nicely or is it really loose? It could be old pipework?Doing that. Didn't tighten it strong enough where the olive nut and copper was and burst off towels ready for round 2
Every engineer has his/her ways. But have never done it that way.So no ptfe or joining putty at all?.
I wasn’t clear enough in my post then was I mate? Just read it back. It’s been a long day.wrong fittings on the bottom need couplings and not male irons
But you have 4 not 2But I did what everyone said. On the first page told to buy 2 of those adapters... Now people are saying no???? I don't want to go without water again today cos Screwfix are now shut
But unfortunately you didn’t tell us that. We gave you the information to the question you asked which was to connect the flexi pipes onto 15mm pipe. Not connect 15mm to 15mm.But the tap tails don't reach the first 2 adapters... Hence why I needed more copper pipe
