I get a fair amount of people who will text or email when the phone option is available. Perhaps they feel they can express themselves on an uncertain subject more reliably, at least for initial communication. However, a sizeable percentage of the emails will then include no contact number and...
Hi Guys,
I fitted a new radiator to a system over the weekend. The rad gets hot but not very hot and the customer is complaining. If I remove the head the rad gets very hot. Tried a replacement head and still the same problem so either there is a fault with the body or there are limits to how...
Hiya,
I used WD40 on the packing gland of a stop tap the other day (to help free it up - which it did). My customer was concerned the WD40 could work its way through the tap and into her drinking water.

I was reading the bad the good the ugly in the gas safe mag, Who put the big fish in the boiler ?

Just wondered what you guys do when you're called to a job which requires all the laminate flooring to be taken up.
Do you factor in a specialist for replacing this flooring once the job is complete, or do you just replace yourself.
How do you address this problem with the customer?
Just curious.
