Hi I have a trianco electric boiler 6kw I think. Anyhow it locks out when initially switched on from the wall. It eventually comes on after switching it on and off at the fuse box but takes about 20 goes. Its getting progressively worse.

I have changed the pump and thermister. Could it be the pcb? Where can I get a pcb from?

Hope somebody can help its driving me mad!

Regards

Shaun

it sounds electrical to me but don`t go jumping down the pcb route. explain a little more i.e. what is actually tripping / locking out - you mentioned the fuse board but which switch ?

Its just the system that locks out when turned on using the thermostat on the wall. The fuse box does not trip out. I just turn the system on and off via the fuse box to trick the system into starting up. Tried new pump and thermistor. checked all the valves bled the system etc. Just out of ideas now.
