Hi All,
Just tried to replace a leaky tap for my Dad and came across tricky situation as usual. I manage to get the lever off ok but can't get the shrowd covering the cartridge to budge by hand. I am going to need a spanner of some sort, just need to identify what I need, size and where can get one etc. I have attached a pic for reference and many thanks for your help.

I've never seen one loke it before. Would'nt it be easier to just replace tap or both to suit?

The picture is the main body btw. I have an exact spare which was faulty but the cartridge are brand ew.

At a £100 apeice .. they should have a make and a name. The best thing I'd suggest is to google the manufacterers instruction and hopefully you'd be able to download it..!!
