Is there an obvious cause for a dripping flue on a newly installed condensing system boiler? not constantly but enough to form a damp patch on the patio below.

Thanks

It is a problem for manufacturers, from what I have seen most do it to a certain extent .
As ^^^above it should fall back to the boiler , can you see a slight “fall” backwards.
Some flues however will appear level , the “fall “ is built in to the flue .
Whos the manufacturer?

No that clued up on veissmann to be honest. But the flue pipe outside should look at least level. (The fall may be on the inner flue pipe) sometimes you can get an odd drip from the terminal but depends on a few different factors.

It does happen in colder months
You can’t always angle the flue back or rain water can get in.
Some manufacturers make a deflector for the end that can help

Our kitchen mixer tap has started dripping. Like so much of the plumbing in our almost new build bungalow, it is lacking! The plumber didn't install any isolating cocks in the H&C feed to the tap so how can I identify which of the valves is passing? Shut the whole H&C water system down?

Every two weeks or so I have to go and top up the system because the hot taps are running cold. Boiler display is flashing 0.6 bar and I fill up to 1.3. I've had an engineer look inside the boiler and he can't see anything wrong. I've checked the pipes all over the house and cannot see any...

Hi all, I'm installing a concrete patio out back. By the wall under the kitchen sink I have an existing P-Trap gully for the grey water from the sink, dishwasher, washing machine etc. When I pour the concrete there won't be any chance to dig it up anymore. From my own research I get the...
