Should the small red triangle on meter continually be moving? Checked meter after hearing water noise in garage. Want to know if it’s a Sydney water issue or do we need a plumber.

Nope you have a leak if you turn the internal stop tap off does it stop spinning I’m guessing the water meter is external

As above or an internal overflow running, sounds like you need a plumber rather than Sydney water
