Seen them never used one just use footprints or normal pipe grips and wrap a cloth round if it chrome in an obvious place
 
Yes I've got one In the bottom of my tool box, its useful if it fits, but as most valves are different sizes it can be useless sometimes but for the £7 or something I paid I wont complain
 
got loads of tat like that sitting in the back of the garage........... be strong, dont buy them
