Two houses, right next to each other. MY RETURN KEY AINT WORKING HERE SORRY. Straight forward really, all in plstic, well most of it. Boiler, 8 rads, just first fix for bathroom, downstairs toilet an kitchen sink. no waste pipework involved oh and a 9 meter carcas. how much you price per house ? I got this job last week, now he's come back wanting it bloody cheaper, no chance going in cheaper just wondering what you lads would roughly price it at

Piece of string this one surely.

If you got the job, then I wouldn't budge on price as these sort of people will continue to push you further. Sounds like trouble further down the line to me.

I'm not supplying anything, he has now said someone can supply an fit (first fix) for x amount. Gave him a list of materials and said whatever that costs plus my price, doubt I'll be doing it now

Your probably better off out of this one. The guys just playing games now to beat you down. IMO , walk away.

Just had a text, we've had a belter price off someone my dad knows...

Left at it at that

good for you JAH HEATING !!!

:)

i would of had to spend Tuesday to Thursday an have both first fixed by then as I'm at a funeral Friday

I am starting a big job the following week an then am away for a week on hol, I'm actually quite glad I've walked away from it to be honest.

not worth the hassle at times trying to cram everything in

Lucky man, it must be hell !

Tell him if he's got someone cheaper don't bother ringing , you have had my price for the job, so let other person do it !

Sounds like a good one to miss as you can guarantee that this sort of haggling before the job starts leads to problems when invoices are submitted.

We had the bathrooms replaced when we moved in 2 years ago. This involved 2x bathrooms and 1x WC. Within the first few weeks, we noticed leaking from the en-suite down into the reception room and the fitter promptly came and repaired it, it was something to do with the area under the sink. We...
