potterton combi 80 help!

i tinker a bit with my boiler over the years but this one has me stumped.central heating works fine but when i put the hot water on the boiler pressure drops rapidly.can anyone give advise.

ok ill rephrase for the literate ,over the 14 yrs i have had my pott combi 80- ive replaced pump(twice), fan assembley, divertor valve,main control board and the flow micro sw.can i get resonable advice about my present problem .thank you.

It's a simple fault. But you shouldn't be doin it
