Hi,

I have a 3 year old shower and the water has stopped flowing through yesterday, mid shower.

The RCD has not tripped.
The pull chord in the bathroom is on and the light is showing.
The on light is green on the shower.
I tested the on switch on the shower itself and it is definitely clicking in.
I have also tried without the shower hose attached.

The cold water feed is working as far as I can tell as it is coming from the pipes in the house and there is no loss of water elsewhere.

Is there a trip or reset switch in the shower itself?

Thanks,
Claire

Inlet filter possibly blocked if there's not enough flow through the heat exchanger it will shut down get this cleaned out is your first job ?? Kop

I have taken the cover off but the pipe is not coming away from the connector. The back of the shower is behind the pipes at the bottom so there is very little movement.

Have you undone the compression fittings when the water is off ?

Ideal Logic 24, Previous problem was that the hot water was only cold or barely warm if the heating was in use. If heating was off and boiler cold then would get hot water most of the time. Changing the flow cartridge about 2 years ago (when I moved in) solved this problem enough to suffer it as...
