Hi everyone,
About a year ago we moved into a new property which has a towel heater as part of the Central Heating System. There are no thermostats as part of the valves, so after a quick look on google I believe it is a manual heater.
In the summer a leak developed on the left hand side...
Hi,
I have a 3 year old shower and the water has stopped flowing through yesterday, mid shower.
The RCD has not tripped.
The pull chord in the bathroom is on and the light is showing.
The on light is green on the shower.
I tested the on switch on the shower itself and it is definitely clicking...

Hello,
I live in an apartment where we own a ariston aures slim water heater which is used to heat my bathroom and kitchen sinks (installed before me, I would have used two separate ones instead).
After using it for a year with varying degrees of success it's now completely failed on us for...

I'm not a plumber but I try to solve problems myself. I found members of this forum extremely helpful some years ago when I installed a replacement Mira shower - very proud of myself! I've had to sign up...

my house immersion heater has started clicking repeatedly. My radiators are heating fine. Hot water works fine as well. I noticed the pressure gauge was at 0. I bled all radiators and refilled the loop with water so the pressure level went back to 1. I am all out of options. Help!
I have a Worcestor Danesmoor boiler that lives in a stone outhouse and heats the water and radiators in my house.

Hi there

A few weeks ago, I had a couple of very short (2 minute) power outages in the space of an hour.... since then i'm not getting any central heating.
The power cut might be a red herring.. but It's the only thing I can think of that might have caused an issue.. as it was running fine for a few...
