So tennant complaining that basin and bath are blocked. Before i go to get my tools she says its only been blocked since plumber fixed a leaking wastepipe yesterday..........

At least the waste pipe isn't leaking anymore - it goes nowhere, but it doesn't leak.
Technically, he repaired the leak!

Pity he didn't connect the bog to the 40mm bath waste.
