I am gas safe and looking for advice, boiler not working but if I turn off cold supply into boiler the heating works normally without losing pressure or water from codensate can anyone explain this

and i will happily check you out via the gsr register and give you a series of questions which only a gsr can answer if you fail any of my tests not only will i ban you but i will report you for pretending to be a gsr engineer there are big fines for this but if your genuine you have nothing to fear
