hi fellas..
i am currently in the market for a new analyzer...pal recommended "sprint " this is the only make that it calibrated in ireland..other makes are posted to uk and are more expensive ... it will only be used on oil burners... no gas where i am .i am thinking that this is not the type of thing to buy secondhand.....probably could buy a second hand smoke pump ????? i spoke to the sprint rep and he tells me that the analyzer plus smoke pump is around 700euro ...dont mind spending this money ....any advice !!!!

kane 455 lot cheaper to service, no need to change sensor every 2 years!

Sprint = Anton = expensive service . Not best tools on market!

Kane are steady and have good customer service. Oil is a lot wetter than gas so make sure yu get something with lots of spare filters which are easy to change.

kane 455 ..how much ?? and can one be purchased second hand ?? am i better off to buy new ?? tnx in advance of reply ??

I wouldn't buy a second hand one.

If it has a recent calibration certificate, I can't see much of a problem. Also make sure Kane know of change of ownership, as they do have a data program which identifies ownership.
