i was thinking of installing a whole house salamander pump the only thing is that i have to pump the taps and all aswell.

can i fit flow regulator valve on the pipework to the basin hot and cold to regulate the flow to the taps so that the pressure for the pump does not splash everywhere??

or is there any other ideas?
 
dont see why not, or just dont turn the taps on full, ok for you if your used to it but could catch out any guests and make them look like theyve peed themselves.

How to identify dripping tap.
Our kitchen mixer tap has started dripping. Like so much of the plumbing in our almost new build bungalow, it is lacking! The plumber didn't install any isolating cocks in the H&C feed to the tap so how can I identify which of the valves is passing? Shut the whole H&C water system down?
