Are these worth it or not in your opinion? They're around 2x the price of other central heating chemicals so I've never tried them. Do they make any difference?

I've been using the No Nonsense ones from Screwfix and I reckon they work just as well. In fact I think they are the same as they smell and look the same and the bottles and caps are the same.

if its build cert approved it has to be fit for purpose, prefer x100 my self

The No Nonsense stuff has all the WRAS approved etc logos on it.

I usually go with either Sentinel (x100, x400, x800 etc) or Fernox (F1,F4,F5 etc). I haggled with my local Merchant and get both for the same price.

i like fernox but i have been brought up on it, used sentinel a few times and had no quarms, actually think x800 is better than f5 as a cleaner, not sure what other people think?

also used SM1 and SM3 before but im pritty sure they are just cheap any nasty anybody else used them?

do u not find that sentinel produces air in a system for first couple of days i find systems settle alot quicker on F1 or i might just be kidding myself lol
