Does anyone else find that if they don't answer their phone

between 4.30 and 6.30pm on a friday they end up missing a fifth of all their calls?

I always found that the most important and genuine job phone calls came on a Monday/Tuesday. The ones on a Friday afternoon are normally time wasters anyway.

I find I get the most calls on mon/ tues and Friday pm as said Friday pm tend to be breakdowns on boilers that have never been serviced, and 'what do you mean you cant get to us until next week' if you were a regular I would go the extra mile but as a one off I don't think so.

I like the desperate SOS calls from 4 onwards on a Friday and when you get there it's "thanks for coming, yeah it's been playing up for a few weeks now"
