As opposed to an individual single hot tap?

Never installed TMV's before. Customer has basin with two separate basin taps. Wants hot at set child friendly temp.

Yes you can, no probs at all.
 
May have phrased that badly. Can you thermostatically control an individual hot tap? Not a mixer. If so, what with/how?
