Betacom 30 inner cover ceased and will not come off

Hi anyone come across such situation? If yes what happened and how did you overcome. Cheers

I would suggest its a melted seal. I've only come across this once and in the end just went round the edge with a Stanley blade. Completely cleaned it up replaced seal and has been ok ever since.

I've ordered the seal but it's just taking too long

Heat will only compound the problem
