dripping tap
A drop or droplet is a small column of liquid, bounded completely or almost completely by free surfaces. A drop may form when liquid accumulates at the lower end of a tube or other surface boundary, producing a hanging drop called a pendant drop. Drops may also be formed by the condensation of a vapor or by atomization of a larger mass of solid.

My kitchen tap is constantly dripping. I have changed the washer component but it still drips continuously.

Hi, I have a really annoying (and wasteful) kitchen tap that won't stop dripping. I think it's from my hot water pipe as it stops when I switch off the hot water supply. I presume it means I need to change the washer, however, I have no idea how to access it...

But...
