Your missing the other half normal stuck in the brass block best to replace the whole thing

correct pair of point nose pliers and pull or replace the whole brass block

Sorted it chaps had to strip out the brass block and knock the broken bit back through the other way , fitted the new one all back together boiler kept overheating in hotwater mode grrrr drained again plate out was blocked not solid but enough to play up luckily I managed to clean it enough with a pressure washer so up and running again . Cheers kop

No mate didn't fit the 24kw that was 2006 , sentinel x100 stickers on the boiler , 28 erp I fitted adey pro 2 and adey chemicals 2016 this one was clean very little black on the magnet hardly any when I serviced it . Kop

This one was brass though Shaun heat creeping into heating when there was a demand for hot water it's on the drop down flap didn't look anything wrong with it but swapped it and that sorted it

Hi. I need a new toilet supply line but don’t know the size type of the fitting at the shut off valve. It is not 3/8 compression. It is a plastic nut about the same size as the one going into the cistern but has a different thread. Attached is a photo. Can you advise. Thanks.
