I think they just want me to pay and sign up for the plumbing plan too! But someone came out 2 years ago to the very same problem and replaced pressure relief valve and it was fine?Ha ha sorry, South Bucks
I’ve checked and heating and hot water are coveredThe heating system is not the same as the hot water system, you are correct in needing a g3 qualified plumber but the hot water system may not be covered by your maintenance plan.
I did also call Kingspan and they say water discharging through the tundish is an indication of a problem within the domestic hot water systemWho did you call first?
The manufacturer or someone you have a maintenance plan with?
In that case I don't know what the engineer was taking about. As Riley said, he was wrong. Call your maintenance provider back, complain and ask for a different engineer.I’ve checked and heating and hot water are covered
Thanks Guys you’ve all been really helpfulIn that case I don't know what the engineer was taking about. As Riley said, he was wrong. Call your maintenance provider back, complain and ask for a different engineer.
