Sorry Ric, the computer says No! :D
Looks like he is genuine then.

But surely that just proves she isn't the same person as whoever the other person is? And isn't it very easy to spoof these details. I used to spoof my DNS server to get onto the American version of Netflix.

EDIT - profile says she's a woman, 40 years old and her profile pic is the female symbol. It doesn't say whether she's hot ;)

There's one sure way you can tell it's a fake post.

But I'm not going to spoil it for the rest of you ;)

What? They're spelt well and have decent Grammar?
I noticed that too.

No, - that must be my posts if decent Grammar. ;)
Other than the grammar, the fake posts consistently have an obvious fault, that shows they are definitely fake, which we later realised some of us independently had noticed.
We should do a Spot the Fake Post competition. Winner gets to humiliate the faker. :p

Prey tell?
Is it that the phoney posters have proper names? rather than the usual 'don'tgetit1234' type thing.

Last Plumber, - the Usernames of the fake posts is certainly another obvious pointer to indicate the posts are a fraud. First thing actually I look for now on every post by new members or members with infrequent posts.
But there are more and it has started to get amusing.

I know there will always be the exception, - some genuine new members will have well thought out Usernames, or weird posts, but the large amount on here clearly must be fake.

Could the poll still be put outside the Arms on the open forum?
Just seems unfair to the other members to be excluded from voting and from being made aware of the presence of the fake posts.
Or each member could be individually contacted about same.

Our kitchen mixer tap has started dripping. Like so much of the plumbing in our almost new build bungalow, it is lacking! The plumber didn't install any isolating cocks in the H&C feed to the tap so how can I identify which of the valves is passing? Shut the whole H&C water system down?
