URGENT Removal of baxi back boiler now i have installed a combi and no heat upstairs

i have relocated the pipes from the old boiler and remove the hot water and heating expansion pipes i have used the hot tank pipes to fix a small rad in the old airing room removed the pump and connected the flow and return from the boiler 5 out of eight rads d/stairs work the rest nothing this is micro bore

Did you balance the radiators?

i have even turned off all downstairs rad nothing the funny thing is when i test bleed water is there

Daft question, did you remove the zone valve? Water presence doesn’t mean much - especially if you have both flow/return pipes connected to same end - I came across this once.

ok in the boxing in there where 4 pipes 1 top of boiler 1 bottom 15mm fill heating from tank and 1 coming across from the pump side i have tried changing these about but nothing

Is the rad in airing cupboard on, you should have just linked the pipes that may be the problem
