Hi all, got the above boiler that was installed in the house back in 2009 before we moved in in 2017.
The boiler works as it should, it heats up the hot water and the radiators fine and everything is balanced. however it has started to act rather strange with the heating on.

The boiler will heat the house up but it will randomly cut out for around 3 seconds. The pressure will drop from 2.1 bar to around 1.7. Then it will fire back up and will then display the current CH water temperate of about 55.c and then show it increasing back up to the 77.c I set it to. Then it will run fine again for awhile and do it again, repeating the process until the Nest thermostat has reached the correct temperature and turn the heating off. When the boiler cuts out it has nothing to do with the Nest thermostat, more to do with the boiler itself. However I’m not too sure where to start? I understand the age of the boiler and it probably would be best to replace it, but we’re planning a huge kitchen renovation and extension so it’s not the time to be changing it.
Thanks all in advance,

2 key points to make, I have a magnaclean filter attached which I clean every 6 months or so, recently cleaned it and it’s not bad, nothing abnormal.

I have noticed that the display will show the CH water temperature 2 degrees higher than what it is set to, I have turned it up to maximum a few times to see if it makes a difference and it just seems like it’s lessens the frequency of the cut out occurring.
