Anyone got experience with these thermal stores?

got one that is barely producing any hot water I have zero experience does anyone have any pointers please?

cheers

Is the store itself hot but cold water at the taps , check blending valve .

Check little f&e has water in it .
Main thing on these
is immersion heater stat is goosed

Thanks guys
Problem appears to be good hot water for maybe half a baths worth
Then stone cold and doesn't heat up again till next off peak.
As I say my understanding of these is limited but from reading the literature they are supposed to be similar to a Combi with instantaneous hot water. Are the tenants expecting too much?

it sounds like its just not getting to temp mate , try a stat , they use cotherm stats (or did do ) not the best IMO

Thanks fella I'll have a look

It's expensive but their technical is pretty good, and there's normally a couple of dip switches to press on the pcb which then gives u temperatures etc.
