The issue is that the temp. Site doesn't work anymore what do you think to do best off change whole valve or trying to get the cartridge ? Or you have got a solution to fix it ?

Replace with a whole new valve and fit a new rail, unless the valve was £200++
there not worth the hassle replacing the cartridges, even if you find the right one it'll end up being seized in and wont come out

Yeah, thanks buddy already cleared off with the customer. It's hard sometime with clients to deal with such problems they think you want more money ... But I explained him the issue and he is going to buy one.

Thanks anyway for all the plumbers they tried to help me.

Looks like one I've recently replaced. I've found that the brass cartridges seize up quite quickly (and in some older cases the inside of them have completely disintegrated!). I've found the plastic Vernet cartridges are incredibly reliable. I've never had a call back from a customer who needs me to go back because it's had a problem, and that is gold to me, and the customer. This is the one I rekon will be a good retrofit for your brass cartridge there (this is just based on the end of the cartridge, the splines, number of teeth on the temp handle. I'd need to see a photo of the cartridge outside the valve to properly identify it. But anyway, I rekon this'll do the trick:

- Vernet TMV2 Thermostatic Shower Cartridge Replacement CAWH08-05

Looking at those photos again, I just fitted one of those Vernet CAWH08-05 cartridges (in the link in the previous post) in a valve that looked identical to that one, so that fills me with even more confidence it would work.
