Urgent - sparky needed in Slough tomorrow

i need to find a sparky or someone who can look at the wires going to immersions.

Customer got no hot water and flat all elec.

Top immersion thermostat all black and wire melted.

Bottom one doesn't work either and same wire as top melted.

Please pm me and I'll call you or anyone back.
