Some of the olives for the 10mm reducer set that comes with were too wide resulting in cross threaded headaches, and a small geezer when trying to tighten the nut on a half filled system when it showed a "rare" drip.

Possibly but tower is a brand of a manufacturer in their own right. All the merchants stuff is made by someone other than themselves of course. Think it is part of the same group who make gräsling parts.
