Would anyone be happy to send me a copy of their terms and conditions that I could alter to suit or recommend the best way to set up?

Is it something I can create myself and put whatever I like as long as it's fair and reasonable or would it have to done profeasionally by a solicitor or something?

Thanks

A lot wouldn`t stand up in court anyway, write your own and keep it basic ie doesn`t cover what you can`t see until you start, deposit on materials (larger jobs), it belongs yours until paid for, right to cancell.
