The numbers on the tap don't seem to bring anything up.

Looks like top number is for the cartridge,

you look like you are Aus NZ BASED

I think I'm unlikely to find another and as it's urgent I'll find something similar.

I've spent too long Googling . Tap does come from NZ!

What's the issue with it ?? They are designed to drip when the water heats ? Or is it something else .

Handle is lose and threads stripped so can't be tightened. Have purchased the eBay one. Fingers crossed.
There's several at this place, I'll speak to zip (zenith apparently in NZ) also.
