If you have a memory like mine it's easy to keep the weight down as I spend so much time running to and from the van because I've forgotten what I wanted or forgotten to take it from the van. As to remembering where I parked the van ...

-What you doing honey?
-Buying used trousers off a man I met on the internet.
-Who's that? Someone you know?
-Nope. Just some guy who keeps asking me if I'd like to dance.

31" waist. Not fit me since I gave up running!

My 18 yo nephew takes a 28" waist!

I would love to be a 32 waist again. I was 32 from the age of 20 to 27. Now I'm a 34/36.....I drink and eat more, and excersise zero.

Yeah. Its a shame as I was into fitness in a big way until I was late 20's. Then I got married and stopped caring.

Its a good feeling when you're in shape. I would like to get back to my former size, but I'm too busy working. I'm not exactly obese!! 6ft 1" and 13.5 stone. Just more of that weight is fat than muscle.
