Does this really work got a shower cubicle to refit
i usually pick off or cut off what i can then get meths on a rag and gently rub it off (doesnt mark either). with silicone remover be careful it doesn't damage the finish if its plastic.test it on a hidden bit first.

only put a bit on at a time though. also if ever you get scratches on anything acrylic like trays or baths, t cut gets mild ones out believe it or not. some bath manufacturers advise it for just that. have fun.

No it doesn't work as whyme says meths after you've took the heavy stuff off also kills any mould before you re silicone so win win really

Any big scratches then try a finger nail polishing file. Has 5 or 6 grades of sand paper down to the last one that polishes.

Hi whyme sorry if I'm being ignorant, but do you methanol by meth

I generally use this little fella for scraping: Purdy 6-in-1 Painters Surface Preparation Tool | Knives & Scrapers | NoLinkingToThis combined with a glass scraper and meths as mentioned already seems to work for me, just need to be careful with the scraper and blades as it's so easy to get carried away and put a big scratch in whatever you trying to clean!
