hey all, just need a bit of help,
I have 2 showers they both work but where the upstairs one hasn't been used for maybe 3-5 months i tried it today and all i got was luke to cold water but the downstairs one works fine.
i had a new boiler installed in feb a valliant ecotec plus if this may help but this shouldn't matter as he wouldn't have touched the showers.
Could it maybe have somthing to do with the cartridge in the upstairs shower?
thanks in advance

Sounds like something may have seized. Might be able to repair with a new cartridge, depending on the shower. Is it thermostatic?
