Any thoughts on the current scrap copper prices? It seems to be falling again? Saw clean copper at 3.70 a kg. A few weeks back

Everytime I take my scrap in, I'm a week or two late according to the scrapyard I go to.
They always tell me the prices have dropped since the week before.
