I have an older style rothenberger freeze machine. One head freezes ok but slowly the other wont freeze. I think that it may need re gassing. Anybody had this happen and know if you can re gas them. Thanks

I've yet to come across a refrigeration device that can't be regassed. Sometimes there will be a valve or port to connect gauges sometimes you need to cut a pipe somewhere suitable and install a valve. Problem is if it's short of gas you need to find and repair the leak first, this could be where much of the repair time and cost is depending where the leak is located and whether it's repairable.
