Not seen this before, apparently the local kids found it fun to turn off the gas in the evening, the owner came up with this to sort the problem out. he was most upset when informed he has broken the law. i removed the chain, (key had been lost) and left it at that.

what would you have done ??

you take a chance yourself by not reporting it i know we all hate to be a snitch but just suppose emergency life threatening and you needed to isolate

hello migo if it was in a accesible area which it is a meter box would cover it well dont think ide report it if he was happy to solve the problem

it wont take them long to work out how to undo that union niether its amazing what u can do with a brick

Probably just the same of you, it's never nice to upset people by telling. Can he not have the ECV moved into the building?
