During the summer when heating was not required I had some new radiators fitted. I am having a problem with this one.

Blyss Wickham Horizontal Radiator White (H)600 mm (W)1000 mm | DIY at B&Q

The right dial is at max but I am not sure if the left dial should be turned fully towards me or away from me. I have bled the radiator a lot but it only gets warm never hot. I notice that the 2 pipes feeding the radiator are also warm never hot !

What can I do to get this radiator to get hot , please note the previous radiator connected to the fittings DID get hot but was an old one so it was changed when the room was altered.
