i would check if the expansion tank is pressurised, maybe faulty?HTH

cheers wardy would that show as a pressure loss,i want to call out worcester but think they may charge me,i didnt know wether to isolate boiler heating circs and pressurize the heating circuit, never had any bother with the worcesters before, the bunglow is a 1990s build ,10mm pipes and with not seeing any water anywhere i,m foxed if i know what it is

if there is a fault within the boiler and it is still under warranty then you will not be liable for any charges.HTH

you always get a pressure drop as the system settles, due to the water breaking down and converting to 02 and hydrogen as the system corrodes a bit. these gases then leave via the auto air valve and hence you get a gradual pressure drop, inhibitors to end to slow this down but all new systems suffer from this. charge up the system for a week or two and it should settle. if it continues after a month or so you have a leak, check all comp joints at rads etc and look for pin holes in old pipe work. Only then call out the manufacturers once you are sure its not your problem or they can and will charge you.

was there a problem with pressure loss on the previous boiler,if not then i would not have thought there would be a problem with the circs.i know you have checked the prv,did you put some kind of collector over the blow off just to eliminate that the prv was not passing slightly,is there air coming out of the expansion vessel, what is the pressure rising to?two weeks and a small drip can soon cause the pressure to drop.you say combi conversion?are there any dead legs?i know theres a few questions but with them you may find the answer.HTH

no dead legs, the other system was open vented, there is no pressue rise, only adrop after a couple of weeks, when we did the job we went back a few days later and topped it up,but as i said we got phone call pressure on 0,went back checked all pipework ,valves etc and put leaksealer in,been ok for about3/4 weeks

then i would agree with the above statement.

Hi, basic question, any insight much appreciated. Looking to have an outdoor tap in my front porch fed from 15mm pex coming up from suspended floor. Pic 1 is inside porch, pex temporarily clipped to give an idea of pipe placement (ignore shoddy blockwork of booted cowboy builder!), Pic 2 is...
