I've got a baxi bermuda back boiler, the pilot light has gone out and when trying to get it going by igniter button and 'grey push button ', I hold the grey button in for 15 seconds and longer on some try, then slowly release the button. The light is on till the very last point of letting go of this grey button but then it like the gas stops flowing to it, I can here the gas flow. Any ideas or help welcome we've got no hot water or heating and it's getting tricky with 2 kids and the wife now!
